3/25 - Algool (7)

  • Footbridge ends and opens up to dark sand grove. In the middle is a campfire with a crone warming herself. Humidity is still oppressive regardless that it’s night. 
  • The hag turns to the Punks, shows a pulsing green brain in her hand, cackles, and tosses it in the fire. Holo-Yuki shrieks in pain and pleads to retrieve her flaming AI brain quickly. 
  • Before saving the brain, party must defeat Algool Swamp Hag, Bunnzlapoog
  • Bunnzlapoog (MT-A)
    • Quicker than she looks––3 melee attacks w/ her gnarled walking stick, Sizzybum. Can direct attacks at multiple targets––cane grants a burst of speed. 
    • Pyro - can call campfire to grow to make flame wall for 1 COMBAT ROUND (SPELL CHECK - -1 to enemy FIGHTING ROLLS) or shoot a giant fireball at target (SPELL CHECK - 1d10 VIG HP DMG). 
  • On hag’s defeat, the campfire extinguishes––reveals a charred but pulsing brain. Holo-Yuki asks a Punk to scoop it up. She floats to it and places her holo-head over it. Brain disappears and makes her arms tangible flesh. 
  • Middle of area rumbles and sinks 10 ft. in diameter. A mushroom teleporter similar to LV. 10, Area 7 rises from sinkhole, taking party to next level.
